What is the return policy on designer bag charms?
Bag charms can be returned within 14 days of delivery in the exact condition sold, with original tags attached and any seals unbroken. Email Clientservices@clb23.com for a prepaid label, and note that a 5% restocking fee applies to the refund.

No. The price you see is the price you pay. We do not add buyer premiums or platform fees at checkout.
