Returns on earrings are accepted up to 14 days after delivery as long as tags are still attached and seals are unbroken. Reach out to Clientservices@clb23.com to receive a prepaid return label at no cost. A 5% restocking fee is deducted, and the refund goes back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
How does CLB XXIII ship and insure earrings orders?
Every order of earrings is insured by CLB XXIII while in transit. A signature may be required on delivery, and responsibility for the item passes to the customer once that signature is obtained. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, and delivery estimates run from the dispatch date rather than the order date.
