Designer tops sold through CLB XXIII can be new or pre-owned, and each listing states which. Condition is graded as New, Like New, Excellent, Very Good, Good or Fair, and the grade is shown on the product page along with authentication notes, so the exact condition is clear before you buy.
Can I return designer tops if I change my mind?
Returns on designer tops are accepted up to 14 days after delivery as long as the piece is unworn, in its original condition, with tags attached and seals intact. CLB XXIII provides a prepaid label once you email Clientservices@clb23.com, deducts a 5% restocking fee, and refunds the original payment method within 7 business days.
What happens if designer tops are lost or damaged in transit?
Shipping on designer tops is insured in transit by CLB XXIII, with orders leaving within 24 hours of purchase. Delivery timelines start from when the order ships, not when it is placed. Some deliveries require a signature, after which responsibility for the item transfers to the customer. Import duties and customs fees remain the customer's responsibility.
