Most knitwear in the CLB XXIII catalogue are one of one, since each piece is sourced individually and authenticated on its own. Once a listing sells it is typically not restocked in the same condition or size, which is why availability on a given piece can change quickly.
Can I return knitwear purchased from CLB XXIII?
Returns on knitwear are accepted up to 14 days after delivery as long as tags are still attached and seals are unbroken. Reach out to Clientservices@clb23.com to receive a prepaid return label at no cost. A 5% restocking fee is deducted, and the refund goes back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
What should I know about shipping for knitwear orders?
Every order of knitwear is insured by CLB XXIII while in transit. A signature may be required on delivery, and responsibility for the item passes to the customer once that signature is obtained. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, and delivery estimates run from the dispatch date rather than the order date.

How do you authenticate every piece?
Every item is inspected in-house before it is listed. We check box labels, stitching, hardware, material quality and construction against known factory details, and each piece carries our lifetime authenticity guarantee.
Are there any buyer fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. We do not add buyer premiums or platform fees at checkout.
Can I place a deposit and pay the balance later?
Yes. We take a non-refundable 10% deposit that applies toward the total price of your order. Speak to a private client adviser to set one up.
