Shipping Policy

All purchases are insured by CLB XXIII while in transit to their destination. A signature may be required upon delivery for certain items. Once a signature is obtained — whether by you or a designated recipient — responsibility for the item transfers to the customer. By designating an alternate recipient, you accept their signature as confirmation of delivery and fulfillment by CLB XXIII.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address on file is accurate. CLB XXIII is not responsible for any customs, duties, or import charges incurred during shipping.

We aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase. Delivery timeframes displayed on our site are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch. CLB XXIII is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or any event outside of our control. If a delay occurs, we will notify you promptly and work to minimize any impact.
