Sneakers go through an automated check on stitching, materials, logos and serial patterns, followed by a hand review from trained specialists. The process also covers packaging, accessories, and supplier and source history. If an item is later found not authentic, CLB XXIII issues a full refund.
How do returns work for sneakers?
You have 14 days from delivery to return sneakers, provided it is sent back exactly as it was sold, tags on and seals unbroken. Reach out to Clientservices@clb23.com for a prepaid return label. A 5% restocking fee is deducted, and the refund reaches your original payment method within 7 business days.

Can I place a deposit and pay the balance later?
Yes. We take a non-refundable 10% deposit that applies toward the total price of your order. Speak to a private client adviser to set one up.
