Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the exact condition they were sold — all original tags must remain attached and any seals must remain unbroken.

To initiate a return, contact us at Clientservices@clb23.com and we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
