Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the exact condition they were sold all original tags must remain attached and any seals must remain unbroken.

To initiate a return, contact us at Clientservices@clb23.com and we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please note: For the health and safety of our customers, socks, undergarments, intimates, Hats & Headware and  are final sale and cannot be returned.
