How is a designer headband checked for authenticity?
Authentication covers material and construction review plus brand identifier checks on any hardware, stitching or logo placement, compared against known authentic examples. A specialist completes a hands on review after the automated material and pattern check.
Are headbands sold new or previously owned?
Headbands can be new with tags or previously owned with light wear, and each is graded New, Like New, Excellent, Very Good, Good or Fair with authentication notes on the product page for that specific item.
Why is each headband listed as a single item?
Headbands are sourced one piece at a time rather than stocked across sizes and colours, so each listing represents a specific item with its own condition and history rather than a general style.
What is the return policy for designer headbands?
Headbands qualify for return within 14 days of delivery provided they come back in the exact condition sold, tags attached and seals unbroken. CLB XXIII sends a prepaid label by email and deducts a 5% restocking fee from the refund.
How do you authenticate every piece?
Every item is inspected in-house before it is listed. We check box labels, stitching, hardware, material quality and construction against known factory details, and each piece carries our lifetime authenticity guarantee.
Are there any buyer fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. We do not add buyer premiums or platform fees at checkout.
Can I place a deposit and pay the balance later?
Yes. We take a non-refundable 10% deposit that applies toward the total price of your order. Speak to a private client adviser to set one up.
