CLB XXIII accepts returns on coats within 14 days of delivery, provided the item comes back in the exact condition it was sold in with all original tags attached and any seals unbroken. Email Clientservices@clb23.com for a prepaid return label. A 5% restocking fee applies, and refunds return to the original payment method within 7 business days.
What should I know about shipping for coats orders?
