Customer Responsibilities

When the Guarantee Does Not Apply

We may be unable to evaluate or accept a claim if:

• The item has been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
• The returned item does not match the original item sold

Enhanced Verification for Select Items

For certain high-value or high-risk categories—including but not limited to jewelry, rare designer pieces, and brands such as Chrome Hearts—CLB XXIII may apply additional verification standards.

These may include:

• Detailed condition and identifier matching against original fulfillment records
• Internal documentation review (including photos and item-specific characteristics)
• Additional inspection requirements prior to claim resolution

In cases where an item cannot be confidently verified as the original piece sold, CLB XXIII reserves the right to deny the claim.
