Is everything in the Grail Room authenticated?

Yes — every piece, without exception. Nothing is listed here until it has been authenticated and condition-checked. If you want the condition report or additional documentation for a specific piece before you buy, email clientservices@clb23.com with the product name and we will send it over.

Are these new or pre-owned?

Both. Some pieces are deadstock and have never been worn; others are archive pieces, several from the mid-1980s, that carry the wear you would expect for their age. Which one you are looking at is stated on the product page. For any pre-owned piece, ask us for photographs of the actual item — not stock imagery — and we will send them before you commit.

Why are prices above original retail?

Because these are not current-season products. An Air Jordan 1 from 1985 or a discontinued Nike collaboration is priced against what the piece trades for now, not what it cost on release. Availability, condition and size all move that number.

There is only one of most of these. What happens if two people order at once?

Inventory is live. The first completed checkout takes the piece and the listing closes immediately. If a duplicate order does slip through, we will contact you the same day and refund in full to your original payment method.

Can I pay in instalments, or split a purchase across payments?

Yes. We offer instalment and split-payment arrangements on pieces in this collection. It is handled directly with us rather than at checkout, so contact clientservices@clb23.com or call (937) 702-9011 before you order and we will set the schedule up with you.

How is something at this price shipped?

All purchases are insured by CLB XXIII while in transit. A signature is required on delivery for items in this collection. Once a signature is obtained — by you or by a recipient you designate — responsibility for the item transfers to you, so please make sure the address on your order is correct. We aim to process and ship within 24 hours of purchase.

Can I return it?

Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item has to come back in exactly the condition it was sold in, with all original tags attached and any seals unbroken. Email clientservices@clb23.com to start a return and we will send a prepaid return label at no cost to you. A 5% restocking fee is deducted from the refund, which is processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving the item.

Do you ship internationally, and who pays customs?

We ship worldwide. Customs charges, duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price at checkout. Delivery estimates shown at checkout run from the date of dispatch and do not account for customs clearance.

Can I see more photographs, measurements or video before buying?

Always. For anything in this collection we will send additional photographs of the exact item, measurements, and video on request. Email clientservices@clb23.com or call (937) 702-9011.

I want something that is not listed here. Can you source it?

Often, yes. Tell us the piece, the size and the condition you are after and we will let you know what we can find and what it is likely to cost. There is no obligation on either side until you agree a price.
