How does CLB XXIII authenticate a designer handbag?
Each bag goes through a multi point inspection. We review material and construction, verify brand identifiers such as tags, logos, engravings, fonts and date codes, compare shape and hardware against known authentic examples, and review the packaging and supplier history before the bag is listed.
Are the luxury bags new or pre-owned?
Both. Every bag is condition graded as New, Like New, Excellent, Very Good, Good or Fair, and the grade appears on the product page alongside authentication notes. Because most listings are a single unit, the grade describes that exact bag rather than a general standard.
Can I return a designer bag if it is not right?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, with all original tags attached and any seals unbroken. Email Clientservices@clb23.com and we will send a prepaid return label at no cost. A 5% restocking fee applies and refunds are issued within 7 business days.
How are luxury bags shipped and insured?
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, and every bag is insured by CLB XXIII while in transit. A signature may be required on delivery for higher value pieces. Delivery estimates begin from dispatch, and any customs or import charges are the buyer's responsibility.
How do you authenticate every piece?
Every item is inspected in-house before it is listed. We check box labels, stitching, hardware, material quality and construction against known factory details, and each piece carries our lifetime authenticity guarantee.
Are there any buyer fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. We do not add buyer premiums or platform fees at checkout.
Can I place a deposit and pay the balance later?
Yes. We take a non-refundable 10% deposit that applies toward the total price of your order. Speak to a private client adviser to set one up.
