Where can I buy authenticated New Balance sneakers?
CLB XXIII sells authenticated New Balance sneakers that are inspected in house before they are listed. Every pair carries our authenticity guarantee, and because most pairs are one of one, the product page reflects the current accurate price and size.
How are New Balance sneakers checked for authenticity?
New Balance pairs go through a multi point inspection of materials, stitching, tags and logos, plus a comparison against known authentic examples for shape and construction. An automated screen runs first, then a trained specialist reviews the pair by hand.
Why is there usually only one pair of a given New Balance size listed?
CLB XXIII sources New Balance pairs individually rather than in bulk, so most listings are a single pair in a single size. Once that pair sells, it is removed, which is why the live listing is the only reliable record of stock.
Can New Balance sneakers be returned?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the sneakers are in the exact condition sold with tags attached. Email Clientservices@clb23.com for a prepaid return label. A 5% restocking fee applies and refunds are issued within 7 business days.
Is CLB XXIII affiliated with New Balance?

How do you authenticate every piece?

Are there any buyer fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. We do not add buyer premiums or platform fees at checkout.
Can I place a deposit and pay the balance later?
