What is the authentication process for Sp5der?
Every Sp5der listing goes through a multi point inspection that reviews materials and construction, checks tags, logos, engravings, fonts and serial or date codes, and compares shape, colour and design against known authentic examples. An automated pass on stitching and logo patterns runs first, followed by hand review from trained specialists.
How is the condition of Sp5der graded?
Every Sp5der listing is graded on a scale of New, Like New, Excellent, Very Good, Good or Fair, and that grade is posted on the product page next to the authentication notes. Grading reflects wear, materials and overall presentation. Since stock is not new only, always check the listing before buying.
Why does Sp5der only show one size in stock?
CLB XXIII sources Sp5der as individual pieces rather than restocked inventory, so most listings are a single unit in a single size. When a piece sells, it is not automatically replaced with an identical one. Checking the live listing is the best way to see what is currently available.
Can I return Sp5der if it doesn't fit?
Yes, Sp5der can be returned within 14 days of delivery as long as the piece is in the exact condition sold, with tags attached and seals unbroken. Contact Clientservices@clb23.com for a prepaid label. A 5% restocking fee is deducted, and the refund goes back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
How is Sp5der shipped and protected in transit?
CLB XXIII insures Sp5der for the full transit period, and orders ship within 24 hours of purchase. Delivery may require a signature, at which point responsibility for the piece passes to the customer. Buyers are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address, since CLB XXIII does not cover customs or import charges.
How do you authenticate every piece?
Every item is inspected in-house before it is listed. We check box labels, stitching, hardware, material quality and construction against known factory details, and each piece carries our lifetime authenticity guarantee.
Are there any buyer fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. We do not add buyer premiums or platform fees at checkout.
Can I place a deposit and pay the balance later?
Yes. We take a non-refundable 10% deposit that applies toward the total price of your order. Speak to a private client adviser to set one up.
