Frequently asked questions

Where can I buy authenticated designer accessories?
CLB XXIII sells authenticated accessories including bags, jewelry, wallets and eyewear from a range of luxury and streetwear labels. Every item is inspected before it is listed and backed by our authenticity guarantee, with the product page showing current price and availability.
Are the accessories new or pre-owned?
The accessories collection includes both new and pre-owned pieces. Each item is graded New, Like New, Excellent, Very Good, Good or Fair, and the grade with authentication notes is shown on the product page.
Why do most accessory listings show only one unit?
CLB XXIII sources accessories individually rather than in bulk, so most listings are a single unit. Once it sells, the item is removed, which is why the live product page is the accurate reference for what is still available.
Is shipping insured for accessories?
Yes. Every accessory order is insured by CLB XXIII while in transit and is processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase. A signature may be required at delivery, after which responsibility for the item transfers to the customer.
What makes an accessory piece archived or investment grade?
Discontinued styles, rare hardware and limited collaboration pieces tend to hold the most long term interest. Specialists compare construction, materials and design details against known authentic examples, with any notable rarity noted on the listing.
How do you authenticate every piece?

Every item is inspected in-house before it is listed. We check box labels, stitching, hardware, material quality and construction against known factory details, and each piece carries our lifetime authenticity guarantee.

Are there any buyer fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. We do not add buyer premiums or platform fees at checkout.

Can I place a deposit and pay the balance later?

Yes. We take a non-refundable 10% deposit that applies toward the total price of your order. Speak to a private client adviser to set one up.
