Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item comes back in the exact condition sold with tags attached and seals unbroken. Email Clientservices@clb23.com for a prepaid label. A 5% restocking fee applies and refunds post within 7 business days.

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase and are insured by CLB XXIII while in transit. A signature may be required at delivery, after which responsibility transfers to the customer. CLB XXIII is not responsible for customs or import charges.
