A prepaid label is issued after emailing Clientservices@clb23.com. A 5% restocking fee applies and the refund is sent to your original payment method within 7 business days.
How do you authenticate every piece?
Every item is inspected in-house before it is listed. We check box labels, stitching, hardware, material quality and construction against known factory details, and each piece carries our lifetime authenticity guarantee.
Are there any buyer fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. We do not add buyer premiums or platform fees at checkout.
Can I place a deposit and pay the balance later?
Yes. We take a non-refundable 10% deposit that applies toward the total price of your order. Speak to a private client adviser to set one up.
