What does authentication involve for Ksubi?
Authentication for Ksubi starts with an automated review of stitching, materials, logos and serial patterns, followed by a hand inspection from trained specialists. They check construction, brand identifiers, and how the piece compares to known authentic examples, along with packaging, accessories and supplier history before it is listed.
Are Ksubi listings new or used?
CLB XXIII lists both new and pre-owned Ksubi. Each piece carries a condition grade of New, Like New, Excellent, Very Good, Good or Fair on its product page, along with notes from the authentication process. Reading the individual listing is the only way to confirm the exact condition of a piece.
Why are Ksubi listings limited to one unit?
CLB XXIII sources Ksubi piece by piece, so most listings represent one unit in one size instead of a full size range. That single piece may be the only one of its kind in stock. Checking the live product page is the only way to confirm what is currently available.
Is Ksubi refundable after purchase?
CLB XXIII allows returns on Ksubi for 14 days from the delivery date, provided the piece is unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and seals unbroken. A prepaid label is issued after emailing Clientservices@clb23.com. A 5% restocking fee applies and the refund is sent to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Do I need to sign for a Ksubi delivery?
A signature may be required when Ksubi is delivered, and once it is obtained, responsibility for the piece passes to the customer. CLB XXIII insures every order in transit and ships within 24 hours of purchase. Note that customs, duties or import charges are the customer's responsibility, not CLB XXIII's.
How do you authenticate every piece?
Every item is inspected in-house before it is listed. We check box labels, stitching, hardware, material quality and construction against known factory details, and each piece carries our lifetime authenticity guarantee.
Are there any buyer fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. We do not add buyer premiums or platform fees at checkout.
Can I place a deposit and pay the balance later?
Yes. We take a non-refundable 10% deposit that applies toward the total price of your order. Speak to a private client adviser to set one up.
