Do other designer pieces come in a full range of sizes?
Not usually. Most other designer pieces are listed as a single unit in a single size because CLB XXIII sources individual pieces rather than holding a standard size run for every piece. Availability shifts as items sell, so the live listing is the place to check current sizing.
Can I return other designer pieces if it doesn't fit?
Yes, other designer pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery as long as the piece is in the exact condition sold, with tags attached and seals unbroken. Contact Clientservices@clb23.com for a prepaid label. A 5% restocking fee is deducted, and the refund goes back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
How are other designer pieces shipped and protected in transit?
CLB XXIII insures other designer pieces for the full transit period, and orders ship within 24 hours of purchase. Delivery may require a signature, at which point responsibility for the piece passes to the customer. Buyers are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address, since CLB XXIII does not cover customs or import charges.
Are other designer pieces available to view at a physical location?
Yes. CLB XXIII has physical stores in Cincinnati and Beavercreek, Ohio, carrying a selection of other designer pieces that customers can see in person. Because most listings are single unit pieces, availability in store can differ from the online catalogue, so it helps to confirm a specific piece beforehand.
In other designer pieces, what separates an investment grade piece from a regular one?
An investment grade piece typically comes from a limited or discontinued run and holds up well under the authentication process that checks construction, materials and history against known authentic examples. How do you authenticate every piece?
Every item is inspected in-house before it is listed. We check box labels, stitching, hardware, material quality and construction against known factory details, and each piece carries our lifetime authenticity guarantee.
Are there any buyer fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. We do not add buyer premiums or platform fees at checkout.
Can I place a deposit and pay the balance later?
Yes. We take a non-refundable 10% deposit that applies toward the total price of your order. Speak to a private client adviser to set one up.
