Generally no. Most Retrovert at CLB XXIII is listed as a single unit in a single size rather than a standard size run, since pieces are sourced individually. A specific piece that sells is not guaranteed to be replaced. The current live listing is the source for what sizes exist.
What happens if I need to send Retrovert back?
You have 14 days from delivery to return Retrovert, and the piece must be in the exact condition it was received, tags on and seals unbroken. Email Clientservices@clb23.com for a free prepaid label. A 5% restocking fee is subtracted before your refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
How fast does Retrovert ship after I order?
CLB XXIII processes and ships Retrovert orders within 24 hours of purchase, and delivery estimates are counted from that dispatch date rather than the order date. Every piece is insured in transit, and a signature may be required on delivery, at which point responsibility transfers to the customer.
