What is the return policy on Rhude?
CLB XXIII accepts returns on Rhude within 14 days of delivery. The piece must come back in the exact condition it was sold, with all original tags attached and any seals unbroken. Email Clientservices@clb23.com for a prepaid return label. A 5% restocking fee applies, and refunds are issued within 7 business days.
Is Rhude insured during shipping?
Yes, every order of Rhude is insured by CLB XXIII while in transit. A signature may be required on delivery, and once that signature is obtained, responsibility for the piece transfers to the customer. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, with delivery estimates counted from the dispatch date.
Is CLB XXIII affiliated with Rhude?
No. CLB XXIII is an independent reseller of Rhude and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized retailer of Rhude. All trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners. Every item is authenticated in house before it is listed for sale on the CLB XXIII site.
Can I see Rhude in person before buying?
Yes, select Rhude pieces can be viewed in person at the CLB XXIII stores in Cincinnati and Beavercreek, Ohio. Since most items are one of one, in store stock will not always match what is listed online. Call ahead or check current listings to confirm whether a specific piece is on the floor.
What makes Rhude rare or investment grade?
Rarity in Rhude comes down to how limited a run was, whether the piece has been discontinued, and its documented condition and authenticity. CLB XXIII notes condition and authentication details directly on each product page. Because most listings are one of one, a scarce piece in strong condition will not be replaced once sold.
How do you authenticate every piece?
Every item is inspected in-house before it is listed. We check box labels, stitching, hardware, material quality and construction against known factory details, and each piece carries our lifetime authenticity guarantee.
Are there any buyer fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. We do not add buyer premiums or platform fees at checkout.
Can I place a deposit and pay the balance later?
Yes. We take a non-refundable 10% deposit that applies toward the total price of your order. Speak to a private client adviser to set one up.
